MO Response Oxidation System

Compared to conventional oxidation technology, MO, an eco-friendly product that is harmless to the human body, simple to operate, and highly efficient, is a multi-stage water treatment oxidation reaction system that uses pure oxygen, special carriers, and microbubble to treat water pollutants.

Equipment composition and technologies

Oxygen oxidation reaction

  • Oxygen is a substance with high responsiveness in an unstable state
  • Occurrence of Bi radical
1st Oxidation

Special carrier response

  • Special carrier response with high responsiveness
  • Highest OH radical occurred after fluorine among existing substances
2nd Oxidation

Microbubble response

  • Bubble with 50㎛ in diameter or less
  • Along with reduction conversion in water
  • Occurrence of free radical
3rd Oxidation

Major Effect of MO₃

Non-degradable COD and removal of foul odor substances

  • Converts non-degradable substance carbon chain cut → into degradable substance
  • Converts foul odor substances into general organic/inorganic matters

Sterilization and cell disruption

  • Cell membrane hemolytic phenomenon by OH radical → Cell Death
  • Removal of algae, moss and mold, and prevention of slime
  • Reduction of sludge and increase of dewatering efficiency through sludge cell disruption

Prevention of pipe scale

  • Prevention of pipe scale (Ca² → CaCO₃, Mg² → MgCO₃)
  • Increase of activated carbon and filter film backwash efficiency through the formation of crystals (Calcite → Aragonite) (Increase of efficiency and life extension)

Efficiency of treatment by pollutants

Non-degradable COD removal

  • COD treatment efficiency is about 39%
    (105→64)

Removal of peroxide

  • Peroxi de removal rate is about 99.9%
    (30,000→0.15)

Removal of chromaticity

  • Chromaticity removal rate is about 96.4%
    (280 →10)

Sterilizing action

  • General bacteria removal rate is about 99.5%
    (3,800 →19)

Use of MO Response Oxidation System

Non-degradable wastewater COD removal (Livestock waste/oil/dyeing, etc.)

Sterilization of cattle shed and removal of foul odor

Prevention of lake water and algal bloom
